Production Kitchen Hand (Brookvale)

Kids Gourmet Food (KGF) is a high-volume catering business and a national leading provider of prepared meals to the childcare industry across Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne. Based on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, we are seeking reliable and physically capable Process Workers to join our production team.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role in a temperature-controlled environment. It is physically demanding and requires strong attention to food safety standards.

**Key Duties**
- Mixing and batching raw ingredients
- Picking, weighing and labelling products
- Packing and hand filling products
- Operating production machinery
- Line work in a high-volume environment
- Repetitive lifting up to 25kg
- Working in chiller/freezer conditions
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment to HACCP standards

**Essential Requirements**
- **Full-time, unrestricted Australian working rights (must be able to work 38 hours per week)**
- No student visas or restricted availability applicants will be considered_
- Available Monday to Friday, 6:00AM
- 2:00PM
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting (up to 25kg)
- Comfortable working in cold storage/chiller environments
- Understanding of HACCP and food safety practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting
- Positive English communication skills
