Description
We are currently seeking a mature and experienced Receptionist/Office All Rounder to join our friendly and quick paced team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Answering incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner and responding to customer enquiries
- Accurate data entry
- Effectively booking requests for quotes & jobs into the Job Management System
- Follow-up with clients & technicians
- General office duties

Experiences Required:

- Previous Reception and/or administration experience (Garage Industry preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
- Computer literacy in particular the MS Office suite
- Attention to detail
