Medical Receptionist (Balgowlah)

Balgowlah Family Practice has been caring for the local community for 20 years. It is a privately owned, fully accredited medical practice which incorporates the individual practices of 7 General Practitioners. We aim to provide quality, patient-centred healthcare in a comfortable and friendly setting.

Position (8am to 6pm two days per week) available.

**Essential**:

- General practice experience,

- familiarity with Best Practice or Medical Director,
- Ability to cover for others,
- Great communication skills.

**About the role**:

- Handling patient enquiries,
- Managing the doctor and nurse appointment books,
- Billing and receipting,
- Help manage stock,
- Organise fax and incoming medical reports,
- Maintaining confidentiality and privacy.

**Job Type**: Part time

Pay: $25.00
- $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 19 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)
