Greendale Timbers is one of Sydney’s oldest family-owned timber yards, proudly operating from our original Brookvale site since 1979. We supply quality timber and building products to a diverse customer base, including builders, construction companies, cabinetmakers, carpenters, joiners, homeowners, handypersons, and students. We are currently seeking a Customer Service / Sales Representative to join our team in a varied office-based role combining customer service, sales support, and administration. About the Role As the first point of contact for our customers, you will provide friendly and skilled service both in person and over the phone. The role involves assisting customers with enquiries and sales, processing orders and payments, and supporting the day-to-day administration of the business. Key Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with phone and in-store enquiries
- Processing sales orders, invoices, and payments
- Providing excellent customer service and sales support
- Performing general administrative and office duties
- Working closely with team members to support daily operations About You
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Well organised with strong attention to detail
- Previous knowledge of timber, building, or hardware products is preferred, but training will be provided If you are enthusiastic, reliable, and enjoy working in a supportive and hands-on environment, we would love to hear from you. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.00 – $38.00 per hour Ability to commute/relocate:
