Sales Associate (Frenchs Forest)

Coldbuster Floor Heating is a vibrant, dynamic, family-owned and operated business operating throughout Australia. Located in a comfortable office/warehouse in Frenchs Forest, we pride ourselves on our excellent reputation and running a team with dedication and friendliness.

Reporting to the Managing Director and Operations Manager, the successful applicant will work as part of a team and be responsible for providing customers with the best possible solutions for their projects, as well as collaborating with the team on sales initiatives.

**Duties involve primarily all aspects of the quoting process, which include, but are not limited to**:

- producing heating plans and quotations
- prioritising, chasing info etc for quotes
- following up with clients after quotations
- taking orders and payments
- maximizing benefit from CRM and sales/marketing initiatives
- collecting and filing job information
- other sales activities as may be required
- assisting management with specific tasks/projects
- relieving other staff positions when required
- being flexible to get all and any other jobs done as may be requested or otherwise.

**Requirements**:

- excellent customer service skills
- a desire to demonstrate initiative and be proactive
- genuine willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as the ability to work independently
- exceptional organisational skills and ability to multi-task
- the ability to follow tasks through to the end and on time
- intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office experience
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- the ability to pick up new programs and systems quickly and easily

Pay: $49,900.00
