- At least 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing sales role, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- A natural team player who enjoys supporting and coaching others on the shop floor.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
- Confidence in building genuine connections with customers and creating beneficial in-store interactions.
