We are growing quickly and looking for a Social Media & Content Coordinator to join our team three days per week (based in Sydney’s Northern Beaches), with the chance to expand days as workload and performance develops. The Role As the Social Media & Content Coordinator you will support the planning and execution of social media content across multiple client accounts in the beauty, fashion and lifestyle industry. You’ll be hands-on with developing creative briefs, assisting with filming and editing, copywriting, overseeing scheduling and account monitoring, and assisting with onsite photoshoots when opportunities arise. This role is a wonderful opportunity to grow your skills across all areas of social media and content creation, with direct guidance from our founder. You’ll work closely to ensure every piece of content reflects Studio Veil Social’s creative standards and is deeply aligned with each client’s unique brand and tone of voice. We’re looking for someone who is excited to grow with us and would be highly interested in taking on increased strategic input, expanded ownership across accounts, and direct client management responsibilities as the role grows. Key Responsibilities Content Planning
- Assist in building monthly content plans and creative briefs, drawing on insights from TikTok and Instagram trend research.
- Develop a mix of static, carousel, and video content to maintain our clients’ social media presence.
- Prepare shot lists and runsheets ahead of onsite shoot days.
- Ensure content calendars are organised and up to date. Content Creation
- Film and edit high-quality short-form video content, including Reels, TikToks, and user-generated content.
- Occasionally deliver scripts to camera for user-generated content.
- Use industry editing and design tools (CapCut, Edits, Canva) to create visually engaging content.
- Experiment with creative transitions, text overlays, and trending audios in line with current trends.
- Attend client offices, retail spaces, warehouses, or events to capture content. Social Media Support
- Support day-to-day account execution.
- Schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook in line with client content calendars.
- Assist with daily community engagement across client accounts.
- Write engaging captions and copy that align with our clients’ tone of voice and engagement strategies.
- Implement client feedback quickly and accurately.
- Track content and social media performance and assist in creating monthly client reports. About You
- At least one year experience working in social media and content creation.
- You’re self-motivated, organised and possess a strong attention to detail.
- Strong design intuition and an understanding of visual storytelling.
- You’re warm, passionate and have a calm, can-do energy.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to adapt messaging to different channels and client tone of voice.
- You’re comfortable and confident delivering a script to camera for user-generated content.
- You’re professional and have an ability to adapt and think quickly when filming in client environments.
- Highly interested in social media trends and have an eagerness to grow your social media and content creation experience.
- Familiar with editing and design tools like CapCut, Canva, Google Workspace or similar.
- Interest in beauty, fashion, and lifestyle industries.
- Have a desire to grow with our agency and would be interested in taking on additional days and responsibilities as the role and workload develop. What We Offer
