We are a production agency who have relationships with leading local and global brands.

We are seeking a dynamic Account Assistant or Account Manager to help manage clients.

The role will be based in Brookvale, with an chance to help develop new relationships and manage organic growth within existing clients.

The ideal applicant will have a passion for working with a creative team, be ambitious and a relationship builder, who can take on the challenge of providing quality client services. Ideally you'll have an Account Assistant or Account Manager or client facing background and a keen knowledge of Point of Sale, Graphics and Print Production. The role will cross over temporary displays, semi-permanent, permanent as well as Retail and Shelf Ready Packaging, Product Design, Graphic Design and Print Management.

The role will support the process of delivering many design and production projects so being able to manage multiple large projects at a time is a must. An eye for detail and a problem solving personality will also give you every chance of success.

You will be part of a high-performance design and production team. You'll be responsible for managing clients on a day-to-day basis and will be an integral part of the creative process, pitching for business, managing production timelines through to delivery and of course building key client relationships! You will have the assistance of experienced project managers and the support of senior management at all times.

You will need a strong work ethic, and with the position open now, we are looking for our new Account Assistant or Account Manager to start as soon as possible!
