Paid Advertising Specialist (Frenchs Forest)

Hello,

We are a fast growing, drone e-commerce company that sells our own brand of Fishing/Adventure Drones direct to consumers.

Aeroo has been operating for almost 4 years and is currently going through an exciting growth period after the release of our latest model: Aeroo Pro. We are looking to grow our share in the industry and scale our ad spend with improved ad account management.

We are looking for someone who believes in our vision and is able to manage our paid advertising across Meta, Google and Tiktok, in our AUS, NZ and USA accounts.

**What the role looks like?**

You will be working with our Web and Marketing Teams to:

- Create, manage and split test new ads.
- Continuously analyse and optimise all areas of ad spend.
- Create and test variations of ad copy, configurations and content.
- Form long term strategic plans to grow our ad accounts

The job can also expand into broader copy-writing or blog creation.

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Has a creative and analytical mindset.
- Is able to understand ad data and metrics, then act on this information with creative improvements and budget allocation.
- Is familiar with Meta, Google and Tiktok Ads best practices.
- Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Is passionate about our brand's vision and is not afraid to take risks.

We are a small company, so you will be working closely with our team. Your ideas, strategies and output will have a massive impact on growing our business. There is a huge opportunity to directly increase revenue through improved ad account management and your actions will have a direct impact on our company's growth.

Our office/warehouse space is currently in Warriewood, however we are in the process of moving to a larger office/warehouse in Frenchs Forest in early June. Work from home can be arranged as required.

Pay: $70,000.00
- $90,000.00 per year
