**The Role**

As our Retail Operations Projects Coordinator you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational assistance to the Concept Store Network (both Owned & Operated and Franchise) within the ANZ Cluster. You will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless integration and support of sales strategies outlined in the Pandora's Phoenix strategy at the store level. The primary focus is on bolstering the Front End of Retail Operations through effective communication, implementation of initiatives, and performing essential recurring tasks, all aimed at enhancing the efficiency of our Retail teams.
- Assist the Retail Operations Assistant Manager in managing Front End Operations by generating regular communications and carrying out vital Commercial Projects and Tasks
- Offer operational support to the ANZ cluster's Store Network by handling inquiries and requests in the Operations inbox
- Efficiently manage the Network Schedule and processes, preparing for New Store Openings, Refurbishments, Closures, and Integrations
- Provide administrative support for Loss Prevention and Inventory issues within the network

**You Have**
- Experience in a Retail Operations role or retail environment is preferred
- High level of written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail and high standard of delivery
- Stakeholder management and relationship building abilities.
- Excellent in MS Office Applications
