- Supportive leadership & close-knit team culture Early Childhood Educator | Part-Time 4 Day Week | Boutique Service Located in Seaforth QuickCare is partnering with a lovely boutique stand-alone early childhood service located in Seaforth on Sydney’s Lower North Shore, seeking a passionate and reliable Educator to join their close-knit team on a permanent part-time basis (4 days per week). This is a fantastic opportunity to join a warm, supportive centre with a strong team culture, excellent leadership, and a genuine focus on creating a positive environment for both children and educators. This role suits an educator who enjoys being part of a supportive team, brings positive energy to the workplace, and is flexible to work varying days Monday–Friday. Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of engaging learning experiences aligned with the EYLF
- Build positive and meaningful relationships with children and families
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team workplace
- Contribute to daily routines and centre operations About You
- Certificate III, Diploma or Bachelor/ECT qualification in Early Childhood
- Previous experience working within early childhood education
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible to work any day Monday–Friday
- Must have full working rights with availability to work over 24 hours per week
