Early Childhood Educator | Part time 4 Day Week | Boutique Service Located in Seaforth

QuickCare is partnering with a lovely boutique stand-alone early childhood service located in Seaforth on Sydney’s Lower North Shore, seeking a passionate and reliable Educator to join their close-knit team on a permanent part-time basis (4 days per week).

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a warm, supportive centre with a strong team culture, excellent leadership, and a genuine focus on creating a positive setting for both children and educators.

We are open to Cert III, Diploma or ECT qualified educators who are confident working across multiple age groups and can commit to flexibility across the working week.

About the Role You will work collaboratively with the team to support high-quality education and care across the service while building solid relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.

This role suits an educator who enjoys being part of a supportive team, brings positive energy to the workplace, and is flexible to work varying days Monday–Friday.

Key Responsibilities Support the delivery of engaging learning experiences aligned with the EYLF Build positive and meaningful relationships with children and families Maintain a secure, nurturing, and inclusive environment Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment Contribute to daily routines and centre operations

About You Certificate III, Diploma or Bachelor/ECT qualification in Early Childhood Previous experience working within early childhood education Strong communication and teamwork skills Flexible to work any day Monday–Friday Must have full working rights with availability to work over 24 hours per week Student visas will not be considered for this position
