A little bit about the role

As a Store Manager at Warringah Kathmandu, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful and efficient running of the store. The role is full time and you must have availability for a set roster. Day to day you will;

Build and drive a customer-led culture through the execution of sales, service and compliance initiatives

Inspire and lead a diverse team of outdoor enthusiasts to reach set KPIs and sales targets.

Work closely with the Regional Manager to ensure the store is running effectively

Represent the store and support the wider network in the development and execution of initiatives and processes, being involved in mentoring and guidance opportunities.

Create an enjoyable experience for each and every customer

What we are looking for

You will have previous management experience in a retail or customer service environment with a proven ability to lead, motivate and build sales and service through exceptional store management. You can demonstrate your exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive outlook along with your sound knowledge of retail requirements; POS, stock control, cash handling, security and store presentation.

You will have demonstrated experience working to targets and KPI’s and fostering a high-performance culture and a genuine passion for our products, and what we stand for as a business and be able to demonstrate that to your team and customers.
