We are currently recruiting a new Store Manager for our stunning Manly street front boutique location. This is for an established Australian brand who stepped into their industry with a dream to bring quality end-to-end customer service, homegrown designs and bespoke products to their customer base. Positive company culture, individuality and diversity are at the heart of what we do and we are currently experiencing huge growth as a business.

You will be taking the helm at one of our highest performing stores, so we are looking for an experienced Store Manager who’s ready to take on a current challenge and hit the ground running.

**We’re looking for someone who**:

- Has strong leadership skills but can work collaboratively with team members who will have a different skill set to get the job done
- Experience balancing technical product knowledge with fashion styling
- Proven ability managing inventory with an eye for detail
- Able to drive sales, motivate a team and maintain a harmonious workflow
