Football Coach - Part Time (Forestville)

**Position Overview**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated part-time football coach to join our coaching team for the full duration of the up and coming winter season. The role will involve working within our club partnership programs, delivering high-quality community coaching sessions, overseeing game-day coaching, and conducting skill-based training sessions for junior and youth players.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver engaging and structured community coaching sessions in line with the academy’s philosophy and methodology.
- Provide game-day coaching, supporting players with tactical and technical guidance.
- Conduct skills-based training to help develop individual player abilities.
- Work closely with partner clubs to ensure a positive and professional coaching environment.
- Motivate and mentor young players, fostering a love for football and personal development.
- Communicate effectively with parents, club representatives, and academy staff.
- Ensure a protected and inclusive training setting for all players.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum FFA/AFC C-License (or willingness to obtain).
- Previous coaching experience with junior or youth players.
- Strong understanding of football development principles.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends throughout the winter season.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
