• $75,000
- $115,000 + Super

• Full-time or part-time options, minimum 3 days per week
• Full-time hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, and Friday, 9:00am – 12:00pm
• 4-day week option available
• $1,000 PD allowance after probation
• Quarterly bonus opportunities
• Regular mentoring, supervision and MDT case conferencing
• Discipline-specific hubs and team lead support
• Separate admin and operations support

• Beautiful Northern Beaches location close to beaches, cafes and coastal walks About the role: You will work with children, teens and families across a paediatric caseload, supporting presentations such as developmental delays, emotional regulation challenges, sensory needs, communication difficulties, anxiety, behavioural concerns, school-based challenges and neurodevelopmental presentations. Your role may include:

- 1:1 therapy with children and adolescents
- Parent, teacher and family education
- Goal setting, therapy planning and progress reviews
- Collaboration with Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists and other clinicians
- MDT case conferencing
- Supporting clients across clinic and school-related needs About you:
• Qualified Speech Pathologist or Occupational Therapist
• SPA membership or AHPRA registration
• Passionate about working with children and teens
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Respectful of MDT care and other disciplines
• Warm, humble and family-centred
• School experience highly regarded
