About us Manly Corso Pharmacy is a local community pharmacy on Sydney's Northern Beaches. We're a fast-moving team where accuracy, discretion and initiative matter. This role sits at the centre of our financial operations and supports pharmacy services. The role We're looking for an organised, detail-focused Accounts Administrator to manage day-to-day finance and administrative functions. This is a hybrid position: you'll split your time between our Manly office, working from home, and travelling to our partner sites around Sydney (mandatory travel to Penrith) as needed for invoicing reconciliation, supply documentation and client liaison. A current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle are essential. Key responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including supplier invoices, customer billing and timely follow-up of outstanding accounts
- Prepare and issue invoices to hospital clients, ensuring service charges reconcile against delivery and supply records
- Perform bank, supplier and account reconciliations, and assist with month-end close
- Maintain accurate financial records in our accounting software (MYOB) and supporting spreadsheets
- Support payroll processing and record-keeping in line with the Pharmacy Award
- Liaise with contacts, suppliers and our pharmacy team to resolve billing and account queries
- Travel to partner sites to gather, verify and reconcile supply and billing documentation
- Assist with general office administration, filing, correspondence and ad hoc reporting for management
- Handle sensitive financial and patient-related information with strict confidentiality About you
- Demonstrated experience in an accounts, bookkeeping or finance administration role
- Strong working knowledge of accounting software (MYOB highly regarded) and intermediate Excel skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy, with sound numeracy
- Well organised, able to manage competing deadlines and work independently across multiple locations
- Clear, professional communication skills for dealing with clients, suppliers and team members
- A current NSW driver's licence and willingness to travel to hospital sites
- Discretion and reliability when handling confidential information
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy or hospital billing is an advantage but not essential What we offer
