- Support the Account Director and keep clients informed of project status, handling client requests promptly and thoroughly.
- Create WIP documents to present to clients during meetings.
- Develop and manage trusting relationships with clients, providing the highest standard of service and a laser focus on results.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer requirements, industry trends and target audiences.
- Help devise digital marketing strategies to help clients achieve their digital marketing goals.
- Set specific, realistic time frames for campaigns, communicate expectations clearly, and ensure delivery on time.
- Write briefs for designers, copywriters and specialists, articulating advertising needs effectively. Qualifications and Expectations
- Proactive 'can do' attitude and ownership mindset.
- Previous experience managing accounts or paid digital marketing campaigns.
- Highly organised, self‑motivated, methodical, thorough and structured approach to work while managing a dynamic workload and deadlines.

- Positive judgment and decision‑making aptitude; quick thinking, asking the right questions, moving fast and executing with precision.
