Registered Nurse (Permanent Part Time) (Derby)

You will work as a Registered Nurse at Juniper Numbala Nunga in Derby, a well‑established facility offering 43 beds of residential and memory support care. This is a permanent part‑time contract working 3 days a week. You will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to assess residents' needs, develop and implement care plans, and ensure high standards of care. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tailored care plans for residents
- Address concerns and requests from families and carers in collaboration with the Residential Manager
- Stay current with aged care documentation requirements
- Work with healthcare professionals to provide holistic care for residents
- Mentor and support care and service staff, enhancing their performance
- Identify and address training needs for clinical and care staff
- Ensure compliance with aged care standards and regulations Key Requirements
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA)
- Experience in delivering clinical care within aged care or healthcare settings
- Solid planning, coordination, and mentoring skills
- Ability to guide staff in wound management, diabetes care, and medication systems
