You will work as a Registered Nurse at Juniper Numbala Nunga in Derby, a well‑established facility offering 43 beds of residential and memory support care.

This is a permanent part‑time contract working 3 days a week.

You will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to assess residents' needs, develop and implement care plans, and ensure high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement tailored care plans for residents Address concerns and requests from families and carers in collaboration with the Residential Manager Stay current with aged care documentation requirements Work with healthcare professionals to provide holistic care for residents Mentor and support care and service staff, enhancing their performance Identify and address training needs for clinical and care staff Ensure compliance with aged care standards and regulations

Key Requirements Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) Experience in delivering clinical care within aged care or healthcare settings Solid planning, coordination, and mentoring skills Ability to guide staff in wound management, diabetes care, and medication systems Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills
