Join Our Crew as Workshop Supervisor! Step into a leadership role with our project teams, in an environment that values innovation and teamwork! The Role Our project team is expanding! This role is for a Workshop Supervisor to be based onsite in the Pilbara region, Western Australia. The role reports to the site Project Manager and involves overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the workshop, leading a team of tradespeople to deliver planned and breakdown maintenance across a diverse fleet of earthmoving machinery to support the projects. Key Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role is a must (5+ years)
- Previous supervisory experience within mining or heavy earthmoving environments
- Trade qualified Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic (or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of Caterpillar, Komatsu and Hitachi machinery
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, remote FIFO workplace
- Strong computer and systems skills and knowledge
