About the Role Reporting to the National Customer Service Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—playing a critical role in ensuring every interaction is smooth, efficient, and exceeds expectations. This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll be balancing customer enquiries, order processing, and administrative support, all while contributing to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing incoming calls and customer enquiries
- Supporting sales enquiries and providing solutions
- Raising orders and quotes accurately and efficiently
- Providing day-to-day sales support
- Monitoring and responding to shared inboxes
- Processing credits
- Managing freight follow-ups and backorders
- Updating customer records and pricing information
- Handling general administration and office support tasks
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery What We’re Looking For You’re someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in delivering outstanding service. You’ll also bring
