Medical Receptionist (Drewvale)

We are currently looking for highly motivated individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional care and customer service to our patients and referring doctors. This is a great career opportunity located in Drewvale.

The successful applicants will work as an important member of the team and provide the following administrative support:

- General medical reception work
- Answering a high volume of patient and doctor calls
- Booking in appointments
- Data entry, updating and creating patient files
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency
- Excellent customer service skills and phone manner
- High level attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team setting

**You must have prior experience in a medical setting to be considered for this role.**
