RoDe Logistics is a growing transport company based in Heathwood. We are hiring **experienced delivery drivers, courier drivers, and van drivers** who can work in a fast-paced parcel delivery environment.

This role suits drivers who enjoy staying active, working efficiently, and being part of a high-performing team.

**Role Overview (Read Carefully Before Applying)**
- **7.5 hours per shift**:

- **5 days per week**:

- **Roster includes weekends and public holidays**:

- **8:00am start** from our Heathwood depot
- Consistent, reliable roster every week

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Pre-start vehicle inspections
- Loading and unloading parcels
- Delivering **100-190 parcels per day**:

- Scanning parcels and updating delivery status
- Driving safely and following all road rules
- Providing professional customer service
- Completing end-of-day vehicle checks

**What We’re Looking For**

**Mandatory requirements**:

- Minimum **12 months delivery/courier driving experience**:

- Full Australian Driver Licence
- Clean driving record
- Confident using GPS and navigation apps
- Physically fit and able to lift parcels repeatedly
- Reliable, punctual, and skilled
