The Income Tax Professionals are seeking a friendly, reliable, and organised **Receptionist** to support our busy team during the upcoming **tax season**. This is a **short-term casual role** ideal for someone who thrives in a rapid-paced environment and enjoys helping people.

**Location**: Browns Plains **Duration**: Approximately 6
- 16 weeks **Hours**: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday

**What You’ll Do**:

- Greet clients warmly and manage appointment bookings
- Answer phone calls and respond to general enquiries
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Support our tax consultants with administrative tasks

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional phone manner and a positive attitude
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Previous receptionist or admin experience preferred, but not essential
