Multimedia Specialist (Heritage Park)

As a Multimedia Specialist, you will play a key role in bringing our vision to life by creating engaging visual content that showcases our programs, captures meaningful moments, and strengthens our connection with families.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Capture, edit, and produce engaging video content for marketing, social media, and promotional use.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling multimedia campaigns.
- Support in photography and visual storytelling for branding purposes.
- Assist in content writing and strategy for digital platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in videography (shooting, editing, and post-production) is essential.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or After Effects, etc.).
- Strong creative and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
- Previous experience in marketing, content creation, or a related field is preferred.
- Required Qualifications and Clearances:

- Working with Children Check.
- Valid driver's license.
- Right to work in Australia.

**Bonus Skills**:

- Copywriting experience.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
- Ability to create eye-catching graphics and marketing materials using Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Able to develop and manage content for social media platforms to boost engagement and brand visibility.
- Knowledge of web design and management (WordPress or other CMS platforms is a plus).
- Graphic design experience is a robust plus.
