Medical Receptionist Drewvale

We are currently looking for highly motivated individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional care and customer service to our patients and referring doctors. This is a outstanding career opportunity located in Drewvale.

The successful applicants will work as an important member of the team and provide the following administrative support:

General medical reception work

Answering a high volume of patient and doctor calls

Booking in appointments

Data entry, updating and creating patient files

Excellent computer skills and proficiency

Excellent customer service skills and phone manner

High level attention to detail

Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team setting

You must have prior experience in a medical setting to be considered for this role.
