Medical Receptionist (Drewvale)

We are currently looking for highly motivated individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional care and customer service to our patients and referring doctors. The successful applicants will work as an important member of the team and provide the following administrative support: You must have prior experience in a medical reception setting to be considered for this role.
- General medical reception work
- Answering a high volume of patient and doctor calls
- Booking in appointments
- Data entry, updating and creating patient files
- Faxing, scanning, emails. It is preferred that candidates can demonstrate the following criteria to be successful in this role:
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency
- Excellent customer service skills and phone manner
- High level attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team setting
