We're a young intimate venue making its mark on Lygon. Right next to some old favourites like Bahama Gold and The Alderman sits our bar. We're looking for personality, someone with a excellent attitude who will fit into our tight-knit team, and work with us to make memorable experiences. Whether this is a career or a side gig, we're open to all backgrounds and overall looking for passion, energy and care! Hours are flexible, mangagement are attentive and supportive. Looking for an immediate start. About the role As a bartender, reporting to the venue manager, you will be responsibile for:
- operating a high-volume cocktail and wine dispense bar while adhering to business standards, emphasising efficiency and cleanliness
- skillfully managing a floor section with confidence
- providing the confident, professional and engaging delivery of service, food and beverages to guests About you We are looking for someone with:
- a natural comfortability with people and working in a fast-paced dispense bar environment
- reliable, consistent, natural initiative and awareness skills, with a hard-working attitude
- strong knowledge of classic cocktails
- wine knowledge and mixology experience an added bonus!
- a genuine love for hospitality and enjoys making someones night special
