Site Exit Specialist QC (Immunology & Support) (Parkville)

We are seeking a Site Exit Specialist (QC – Immunology & Support) to support a critical site transition project at our Parkville facility. This role plays a key part in ensuring a safe, compliant and productive decommissioning and transfer of Quality Control (QC) operations, including immunology and support functions. Working as part of a cross-functional project team, you will contribute to facility exit activities, documentation management, equipment decommissioning and the successful transfer of QC programs to new sites. This will be a fixed term contract until the 18th of December 2026. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure QC areas, equipment and documentation remain cGMP compliant
- Support site exit change control and project activities
- Assist with decommissioning of QC Immunology and Support labs/equipment
- Perform validation and final stability testing aligned to site closure timelines
- Complete documentation, archival and “bookend” reporting
- Support safe close-out of laboratory areas in line with exit requirements
- Coordinate sample handling, reconciliation and disposal
- Assist with data analysis and transfer of QC activities to receiving sites About You You are a detail-oriented QC professional with strong experience in regulated environments and a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes in complex projects. Key Requirements
- Experience in Quality Control within pharmaceuticals, biotech or life sciences or GMP exposure
- Strong understanding of cGMP and quality systems
- Hands-on experience with laboratory testing (e.g. immunology, potency, biochemistry)
- Proven capability in documentation, data integrity, and compliance
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced project environment
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
