- $124,622 p.a. plus 17% super

**About the Role** You will coordinate strategic initiatives to enhance teaching and learning within the Faculty of Science, working closely with key stakeholders and contributing to planning processes. Additionally, you will help build positive relationships and a productive work environment within the Student and Academic Services team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Support the execution of the Faculty's strategic objectives to improve learning, teaching and student experience.
- Collaborate with the Associate Deans, Course Directors and Director, Student and Academic Services in the initiation, scope, implementation and delivery of projects or initiatives.
- Contribute to the Faculty's business, strategic and operational planning.
- Demonstrate positive leadership to the Student and Academic Services team through role modelling a high-quality client service culture.

**Who We Are Looking For** You will possess strong written, organisational and problem-solving skills and skilled at managing competing demands and deadlines. Additionally, you will demonstrate a high level of analytical skills, self-motivation, and initiative, along with the ability to work independently as well as cooperatively as part of a team.

You will also have:

- A relevant postgraduate qualification or progress towards graduate qualifications and extensive experience in program delivery and management in a university setting or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Significant experience in writing a range of varied papers, proposals, and reports targeted for the senior leadership team.
- Experience in the planning and delivery of complex projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and motivate professional staff within a diverse organisational setting.
