Marketing & Design Associate (Brunswick)

We’re on a mission to build an ecosystem of products & education for Framer (no-code website design tool). We’re a rapid-moving startup, with 10,000+ global customers, 35,000+ community of designers & epic clients such as Framer & Lovable (the world’s fastest growing startup). Learn more about us: Contractor, 2 days/wk to start. The hope is that we continue working together on a long term basis & this role becomes full-time. What you'll actually do You take direction and turn it into work that ships. That could look like:
- Designing social posts, thumbnails, and website graphics/updates
- Writing first drafts of emails, blogs, and captions
- Scheduling and managing our social content across channels
- Keeping our docs, showcase and content engine running
- Supporting our Head of Operations & Marketing on whatever's in front of us that week No two weeks look the same

- not portfolio-perfect, but you know your way around
- A background in tech or startups
- Strong communication skills
- Human skills (we love & use AI, but people matter most in this role)
- You've run socials for yourself, a small business, or a side project
- You can take an early-stage idea and run with it until it's done
