While the title sits at Senior FP&A; Analyst level, the reality is this role operates far beyond traditional reporting and analysis. Sitting within the corporate group function, this position works across the broader business on strategic initiatives, long-range planning, commercial decision support and executive-level engagement.

The business is looking for someone with strong FP&A; and commercial capability who can think strategically, influence stakeholders and contribute to discussions that genuinely shape business direction.

The Opportunity

Working closely with senior leadership, you will:

- Support 3–5 year planning, forecasting and strategic modelling across the group
- Provide commercial insights and analysis to support business performance and decision-making
- Partner with senior stakeholders across multiple business units and functions
- Present findings, recommendations and insights within leadership forums and executive leadership meetings
- Develop financial models and scenario analysis for strategic initiatives and investment decisions
- Contribute to projects and business-wide initiatives outside of traditional BAU finance
- Lead and mentor 1–2 junior team members About You
- CA/CPA qualified with strong FP&A; and commercial finance experience
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and detailed levels
- Robust communication and stakeholder management capability
- Confident presenting to senior leadership groups
- Naturally curious with robust critical thinking and commercial acumen
- Able to influence outcomes and operate effectively in evolving environments Why This Role?
