About the team The Finance department brings a commercial perspective to business decision making and supports the Royal Women's business performance by providing the appropriate financial and business information and advice, as well as driving the organisation's business risk management program. About the role As the Manager of Finance Business Partnering you will report to the Director of Finance, and be responsible for the effective management of the Finance Business Partnering team.
Key performance indicators of the role include:
- Quality and timeliness of financial reporting
- Budget and forecast performance
- Stakeholder relationships
- Team capability and engagement About you This role requires a strong leader who can support the functions and have a continuous improvement attitude.
We are actively looking for a leader who can work collaboratively across the business, has strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving and developing teams.
