People are a huge part of the way we work at Eva, and we believe in caring for each other, ourselves, our community and our customers. We value honesty and authenticity and work together with humility to make things happen! When the team wins, we all win. If this sounds like a team you'd like to be part of, read on below.

**What’s the gist?**

As the Industrial Designer, you’re a hands-on executor and problem-solver, focused on bringing beautiful concepts into the real world. You live and breathe technical detail, translating design vision into precise documentation
- from intricate 3D renders to final manufacturer-ready technical drawings.

Extremely organised and detail-oriented, you're constantly thinking about how to source the perfect material, solve a complex engineering challenge, and ensure every product meets our rigorous quality and user experience standards. At the core of it, this is a highly technical and collaborative role that ensures Eva's innovative products make it successfully from concept design through to production.

**A day in the life looks like this**: **Concept Design**
- Support the Design Team during early concept development phases.

**Product Development & Execution**
- Produce all the relevant documentation required by the manufacturer to produce the golden sample and first-batch mass-manufacture, including Renders, technical drawings, and final QC documentation.
- Source and develop components, materials, finishes, hardware, and new construction methods for products under development, adhering to senior direction.
- Collaborate with the team when tackling engineering and technical challenges.
- Assist senior team members in executing product improvements and updates based on established goals.
- Assist in user testing activities to gather human-centric insights that validate and improve Eva's products.
- Adhere to Eva's product development systems and processes and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Assist senior team members in quality control (QC) checks of golden samples, first batches, and ongoing mass-manufacture of all products.
- Support communication with key manufacturers and suppliers.
- Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Support to release recent products to market.
- Keep informed of product timelines and ensure that development projects stay on track.
- Work with the customer support team to improve existing products based on customer feedback.
- Ensure product adheres to Eva's design system and DNA.
- Assist with the design and documentation of product packaging to meet required specifications from a logistics, product, and warehousing perspective.
- Availability to travel overseas up to 4 times a year.
