**About The Role**

You will be responsible for collecting on overdue accounts with a client first approach

**What you will typically do**
- Outbound debt recovery
- Negotiate payment plans with clients
- Dispute resolution
- Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
- Someone who has previous experience collecting overdue accounts but not necessary.
- Desire to help others and find a mutually beneficial solution
- Someone who enjoys resolving issues
- Someone who works well with other team members
- You are interested in growing your skills and looking to move up in the company
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00
- $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends only

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
