**What You’ll Do**: ⦁ Welcome Guests: Be the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff. Your friendly demeanor will set the tone for their experience. ⦁ Manage Communications: Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and efficiency. Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about our services. ⦁ Coordinate Schedules: Assist in managing appointments and schedules, ensuring smooth operations and timely assistance for residents and staff. ⦁ Administrative Support: Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including managing records, handling correspondence, and supporting daily office functions. ⦁ Enhance Resident Experience: Assist residents with their needs, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

**What We’re Looking For**: Excellent Communicator: ⦁ Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. ⦁ Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a high level of accuracy. ⦁ Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and comfortable learning new technologies. ⦁ Customer-Focused: Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred. A friendly, patient, and professional demeanor is essential. ⦁ Team Player: Willing to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
