Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with the Sous Chef to plan and execute daily kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production consistent with the Celtic Club's standards. Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation, maintaining consistency and excellence in taste and presentation. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and mentoring to maintain a cohesive and effective team. Assist in menu development, creating innovative and seasonally inspired dishes while considering cost and profitability. Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and ensure proper storage and handling of all food items, minimizing waste and maximizing freshness. Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards, following health codes and regulations, and promoting a clean and organized kitchen environment. Requirements: Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-volume kitchen, preferably in a hospitality or restaurant setting. Proficiency in various cooking techniques, a strong grasp of culinary trends, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food cost control, inventory management, and menu planning to maintain profitability without compromising quality.
