**The Position**
- Manage stores and inventory by receiving, inspecting, recording goods, conducting stocktakes, and maintaining storage areas.
- Coordinate timely deliveries, liaising with suppliers and internal teams for efficient logistics.
- Support procurement processes, including processing purchase orders and monitoring supplier performance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and OH&S; standards through regular checks, audits, and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, compliance documentation, and generate reports on stock and expenditure.
- Assist with operational logistics and support safety initiatives to promote a secure and productive work environment.

**The Person**
- Forklift license (LF)
- Experience in logistics, warehouse, or inventory coordination roles.
- Strong organisational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
- Excellent communication, people skills, and team collaboration.
- Physically fit with manual handling ability
- Knowledge of environmentally sensitive or zoological settings and sustainability practices.
- Solutions-focused, adaptable under pressure, and committed to animal welfare and conservation.
