About the Role
We are currently seeking **2-3 compassionate and experienced Female Disability Support Workers** to provide quality support to NDIS participants located in **Brunswick (VIC)**.
This role involves:
- Assisting daily living activities
- Supporting community access and social engagement
- Promoting independence, safety, and participant choice
- Implementing behavioural support strategies where required
Shifts Available
- Minimum **3-4 days per week** (flexibility required)
- Monday to Friday 1 pm to 5 pm
- Day and evening shifts
Pay Rate
**$33
- $36 per hour** (depending on experience and qualifications)
What We’re Looking For
✔ Female support workers (participant requirement) ✔ Minimum **1-2 years’ experience** in disability support work ✔ Experience in manual handling, and community access support ✔ Familiarity with trauma-informed practice and behavioural support plans ✔ Reliable, compassionate, and able to build strong, trusting relationships ✔ Current **NDIS Worker Screening Check** ✔ Valid **First Aid & CPR certification** ✔ Relevant qualifications in Disability, Individual Support, or similar
