Qualifications & experience
- At least 2 years' experience in a legal role

Tasks & responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting guests and clientele
- Answering multiple telephone lines simultaneously, screening and directing calls
- Scheduling appointments and meeting bookings
- Ensuring the meeting rooms and front reception areas are presentable, neat and tidy at all times
- Recording and distributing daily mail
- Inputting, processing and archiving files
- Drafting basic letters
- General administration such as scanning
- Leap Legal Software experience is an advantage

**Job Types**: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00
- $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
