**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Invoicing Efficiency**: Generate invoices based on draft orders received, then finalize them once the actual orders are confirmed later in the day. Upload invoices to customer portals and ensure timely follow-ups for payment.
- **Collections & Cash Flow**: Monitor outstanding payments, engage with customers for collections, and ensure a smooth cash flow process.
- **Accounts Processing**: Handle both accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- **Cooperative Problem Solving**: Work alongside internal teams to resolve any billing discrepancies and support financial accuracy across departments.
- **Month-End & Reporting**: Assist with month-end and year-end reporting, ensuring proper documentation for audits and financial reviews.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- **5+ years of experience** in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Proven experience in the **food manufacturing industry**, understanding the specific demands of the sector.
- Familiarity with **customer portals** for invoicing and collections, and a keen eye for details.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to stay on top of invoicing and collections in a fast-paced environment.
- **Excellent communication skills**, both written and verbal, to liaise with customers and internal teams.
