- Grade 4 Clinical Lead
- Lead clinical excellence and service innovation across Prosthetics & Orthotics.
- Full-time (80 hours per fortnight), with an ADO every four weeks, role commencing on 06/07/2026.
- Based at Royal Park Campus, but require working on-site at RMH City, Western Hospital Footscray or Sunshine Hospital. About the Royal Melbourne Hospital (RMH) RMH is seeking a Clinical Lead Prosthetics & Orthotics to join our Prosthetics & Orthotics service. In this senior Grade 4 role, you will provide expert clinical leadership, guide service improvement initiatives and contribute to Allied Health strategy across RMH. You will work closely with the Manager, Prosthetics & Orthotics and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellence in complex care. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will:
- Provide expert clinical leadership and advanced supervision across Prosthetics & Orthotics.
- Lead quality improvement, evaluation and service redesign initiatives.
- Support operational and administrative functions, acting as delegate for the Manager when required.
- Represent the service on RMH committees and collaborate with HFACC and external partners.
- Foster a learning-focused, safe and high-performing team culture. About You:
- Recognition as a leader in the Prosthetics & Orthotics profession.
- Demonstrated sound clinical skills and decision-making capacity.
- Ability to navigate NDIS and public health structures.
- Have extensive experience providing clinical supervision and education.
- A relevant post-graduate qualification and at least 10 years’ experience as a Prosthetist/Orthotist. Benefits of working at the RMH:
