**About the Centre**

Brunswick Baths is a state-of-the-art aquatic and fitness centre located in the heart of Brunswick. The centre offers a wide range of facilities, including a 50-metre heated outdoor pool, a 20-metre heated indoor pool, a waterplay pool, a gym, a group fitness room, a functional training room, a spa, a sauna, and a steam room. The centre offers a variety of programs and classes for people of all ages and abilities, including swimming lessons, water aerobics, yoga, and pilates.

**About the Role**

As the Operations Coordinator at Brunswick Baths, you will manage the Duty Manager and Lifeguard teams. You will oversee recruitment and onboarding for your teams and support with employee training and development in addition to rostering and timesheets. You will ensure the daily operations of the centre are in line with contractual requirements, quality systems and industry guidelines. You will manage Health & Safety, Risk and Environment. You will oversee all facility maintenance and strategic asset management including contractor relationships.

This is a full time position with a salary of $66,228 per annum + Super & Y benefits.

**About You**
- 1-2 years leadership experience in aquatic facility operations.
- Your demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills enable you to inspire and engage our duty manager team.
- You possess strong organisational and multitasking abilities, allowing you to effectively manage multiple responsibilities and prioritise tasks.
- You will have a comprehensive understanding of risk management practices and safety management systems

**Essential Qualifications**
- HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
- HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
- Aquatic Pool Lifeguard Certificate
- Aquatic Technical Operator (or willingness to obtain)

**Desirable Qualifications**
- Working at Heights Training
- Enter and work in confined spaces
