**About the Role** The post-doctoral research fellow at the Melbourne School of Psychological Sciences will work on a project funded by the Tiny Blue Dot Foundation, focusing on the neural mechanisms underlying psychosis across different stages of illness. This role involves extensive use of brain imaging techniques such as OP-MEG and fMRI, as well as computational modelling, while engaging with individuals with schizophrenia and those at risk. The fellow will collaborate with leading researchers, oversee student projects, and contribute to data analysis and manuscript writing, all while upholding the School's values and policies.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting and coordinating the computational modelling components of the research project.
- Assisting and coordinating data collection activities (e.g., preparation of data collection materials, recruitment of participants).
- Training research staff (e.g., research assistants, students) on relevant operational and data collection activities.

**Who We Are Looking For**

You will also have:

- A postgraduate degree in neuroscience or related discipline.
- Background and experience in computational modeling of brain imaging data (M/EEG and MRI.
- Experience with acquiring and analysing data from eople experiencing psychosis.
- High degree of independence, flexibility, and responsiveness to changing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to independent and team-based research.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise honours and PhD students.
