Premier Supported Living provides accommodation and support for people living with a disability. As the foremost provider in hospital to home transitions in Victoria, we pride ourselves on the provision of outstanding support to NDIS participants seeking their forever homes.
**About the Role**
We are looking for an outstanding front-of-house team member who can manage competing priorities while remaining focused on delivering quality support and information to our clients, partners and the general public.
This is a dynamic role that would suit a person with genuine empathy who can learn fast and work with limited direction as part of a dedicated team of professionals.
**The Duties**
- Data entry and records management
- Assist with recruitment processes and staff intake
- Process invoices and call providers about outstanding accounts
- Participant and senior management calendar creation and management
- Other tasks as required from time to time
**About You**
- You will have significant experience in administration/reception duties
- You must have a pleasant phone manner and the ability to communicate well with people from various backgrounds
- You will need to demonstrate strong experience in data entry and records management
- You will need to be confident in approaching providers to query outstanding accounts
- You will have meticulous attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- You will have the ability to manage competing priorities and a professional approach to time management
- You will be able to work autonomously and have the ability to attend our Brunswick head office each day.

**The Requirements**
Employment with Premier Supported Living is dependent on staff having and maintaining the following:
- NDIS worker Screening Check (Pass)
- National Police Clearance (Less than 3 months old)
- International Police Clearance (If required)
- Unrestricted rights to work in Australia (International Students considered)
- Fluent and explicit command of the English language
- References supporting your ability to fulfil the requirements of this role
**How to Apply**
Pay: $35.00
- $45.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

Licence/Certification:
- NDIS Worker Screaning (required)
