**Our Centre**

Located on the Sunshine Coast, our bright, modern Caloundra centre offers a safe, resource-rich environment with expansive indoor and outdoor spaces. With six beautifully designed learning studios, children enjoy the best play-based learning experiences to foster a lifelong love of learning.

**Your Role**

As an Educator at Guardian Caloundra, you will:

- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Implement innovative early learning programs.
- Document and share children's learning and development.
- Contribute to the Guardian Curriculum.

**Qualifications**
- A completed Diploma in Children's Services or working towards
- Experience in long day-care
- Knowledge of the NQF and EYLF
- Current Working with Children's Check (QLD Paid Blue Card)
