Depot Customer Service Representative (Caloundra)

Opal Fibre Packaging provides a full service offering in corrugated cardboard box packaging. We have an exciting opportunity for a Depot Customer Service Representative to join the team at our site in Caloundra on a casual basis 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) with the view to move to permanent full-time employment.

The key focus of this role will be to:

- Manage the order process including receiving stock and processing orders into the system
- Provide support the site supervisor
- Receipt stock into depot and arrange stock transfers as required
- Organizing deliveries with different stakeholders including customers and freight companies
- Initiating calls with customers to confirm their stock requirements, also managing returns (identifying the issues and making suggestions for improvement)
- Manage data entry activities for stock takes
- Raising invoices and receiving payments from customers

For this role we would ideally like you to have:

- Intermediate Excel skills & data-entry experience
- Ability to work within an office space & work in a hands-on role in the warehouse
- High standard in written and verbal communication
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Not afraid to ask for help or seek advice
- High attention to detail and accuracy
