Sales Representative (Sippy Downs)

You’ll follow a clear script, explain pricing in plain language and guide them to a confident decision. It’s structured and target driven, but you’re never left guessing. What you’ll be doing
- A full-time role in-office at Sippy Downs
- Take inbound calls from customers, helping them understand and choose the right cover
- Follow scripts and call flows while learning how to guide real conversations confidently
- Read and interpret policy information in real time, explaining cover and costs clearly
- Work towards sales and performance targets while building strong sales habits
- Work across multiple systems at once, including online quoting tools
- Receive regular coaching and feedback, and use it to build confidence and capability over time What great looks like
- Comfortable working with clear structure and expectations, and you grow into them quickly
- Enjoy working toward goals and seeing your progress over time
- Get more confident using systems as you learn the role
- Care about getting customer details right and take pride in accuracy
- Stay steady when calls are challenging and learn how to reset for the next one
