Maintenance Crew Leader (Caloundra)

We are looking for someone with a background in civil construction maintenance with strong leadership qualities to join our team at Aura focusing on the final minor construction components for the civil stages and assist with getting them on maintenance.

You will be working alongside an experienced team, but need to be able to work independently.

**What we're looking for**:

- Ability to work with all powers tools
- Able to do physical work e.g shovelling and lifting
- Able to read civil construction plans
- Ability to work un supervised and lead an offsider
- Leadership qualities
- Manual drivers licence
- Attention to detail and working to a design
- Previous Civil construction maintenance experience preferred
- Confined space ticket preferred
